FUT 20 Standaardafbraak, ultieme covers en nieuwste functies

De nieuwste editie van de vlaggenschipfranchise van EA Sports komt op 27 september terug met FUT 20, en het zal een groot aantal nieuwe functies met zich meebrengen voor spelers om uit te proberen.
In de vorige twee edities van het spel stond Cristiano Ronaldo als de coverster, maar de Portugese doelmachine staart niet naar je terug vanaf de cover van FUT 20, na het nieuws dat Konami exclusieve rechten heeft op Juventus voor Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 .
Real Madrid, de nieuwe jongen Eden Hazard, staat in plaats daarvan op de cover van de Standard Edition, terwijl Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk te vinden is op de Champions Edition, die drie dagen eerder op 24 september verschijnt.
Voor degenen die de Ultimate Edition van FUT 20 kopen - ook op 24 september - zullen Madrid-manager en legende Zinedine Zidane de ster zijn.
Wat betreft nieuwe functies, is de grootste toevoeging aan de game van dit jaar de Volta-modus, een erfenis die doet denken aan de geliefde FUT Street-serie.
In de Volta-modus kunnen spelers deelnemen aan drie tegen drie, vier tegen vier of vijf tegen vijf wedstrijden in vereenvoudigde urban games en zaalvoetbal.
Volgens EA kunnen vaardigheidsbewegingen en flairpassen, lobben en schoten gemakkelijker worden afgetrokken in de Volta-modus, terwijl de arena's en regels kunnen worden aangepast.
Spelers kunnen ook speelbare mannelijke of vrouwelijke Avatars maken in Volta-modus, met aanpasbare haar-, kleding- en tattoo-opties.
Maatwerk strekt zich ook uit naar managers in Career-modus, waarin spelers voor het eerst vrouwelijke coaches kunnen maken.
Managers zullen tegenover de media staan in nieuwe interactieve persconferenties en het spreken over spelers in de pers of rechtstreeks één voor één zal hun moraal beïnvloeden, wat een domino-effect kan hebben op hun prestaties en algemene beoordeling.
In termen van gameplay wordt gezegd dat gereviseerde fysica met het nieuwe Ball Motion System een realistischere balbeweging creëert, terwijl de spelers ook natuurlijker moeten bewegen.
Eén-op-één situaties zullen een grotere bekendheid krijgen binnen wedstrijden, terwijl er ook tweaks zijn aangebracht in de aanpak, afwerking en A.I. verdedigen.
Setstukken zijn ook vernieuwd, waardoor je meer vrije trappen en straffen kunt richten.
Na een veelbelovende lancering werd FUT 19 getroffen door zorgen van de gemeenschap, omdat updates de balanceringskwesties en kapotte mechanica niet konden oplossen.
