Set stuk revisie
Vrije trappen zijn voorzien van een richtcirkel die wordt vergrendeld zodra je je schot begint te versterken, en een nieuwe spin-monteur in de vorm van bewegingen die worden uitgevoerd met de juiste analoge stick. Interessant is dat je ook getimed schieten in vrije trappen kunt gebruiken om de kracht en nauwkeurigheid van je opname te verbeteren.
FUT 20 heeft vier vrije traptechnieken; top spin, gebogen afwerking, knuckleball en laag aangedreven afwerking. Het schot met lage snelheid is vereenvoudigd en vereist alleen dat u laag op doel richt. De andere 3 technieken vereisen oefening, met snelle, schone bewegingen op de rechter analoge stick.
Straffen nemen dezelfde richtcirkel aan, wat eerlijk gezegd erg vervelend is; het is gevoelig en vereist een langzame beweging, terwijl het overweldigen van een penalty betekent dat je bal in rij Z zal eindigen!
De verhoogde richtopties maken het moeilijker om strafschoppen op te slaan, maar zonder de richtcirkel is het bijna onmogelijk om te scoren. Offline multiplayer-penalty's zijn een echt probleem.
Indirecte vrije trappen en hoeken werken op dezelfde manier als FUT 19 met een kleine gele richtcirkel en de aangedreven kracht van een kruis wordt bepaald door hoe lang je de kruisknop ingedrukt houdt.
Dus daar heb je het. FUT 20-gameplay biedt een meer realistische ervaring in vergelijking met FUT 19, met verschillende nieuwe functies.
