FC 24: Game Cover Reveal

EA Sports FC 24 will feature not one player, but multiple players in the Ultimate Edition box art. Players span the ages of the world, from football greats such as Pele, Zidane and David Beckham, to Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham, Sam Cole and Marta Waiting for contemporary greats.

With this bold cover, EA Sports is showing that it retains the likeness rights of current, past and future football stars without official FUT permission. Remember, the former FUT video game series was called EA Sports FC due to the long-running feud between FUT and EA.

EA Sports FC 24's cover athlete has been revealed ahead of the official release trailer, which is set to release on July 13. Now that EA is no longer making FUT games, it will be interesting to see what innovations EA comes up with. Will it revolutionize the gameplay, or just change the title--will the bugs and frustrations fans have had over the past few years stay the same? Of course, many fans will also be interested in what EA Sports FC24 will do with the former FUT Ultimate Team (FUT).
